Creative Producer

NYC | Part-Time

About Us

Our mission is to bring back the magic of third spaces. We work from home, scroll TikTok for 7 hours a day, and somehow live without the deeply needed mental health benefits our grandparents got from their country club or local pub hangouts. Lox Club aims to solve this adult loneliness epidemic by building a digital Soho House for niche communities. Lox Club, our first chapter, is a private community “for Jew-ish people with ridiculously high standards.” Like a deli, it’s culturally Jewish but anyone can enjoy it. We’re evolving into our next phase of growth and launching new chapters, each designed as an immersive experience tailored to its niche.

It’s a pivotal time for Lox, and we want you to be part of the journey.

The Role

We’re building out the media side of our business, from stepping up our social content to building a slate of original programming. We’re hiring a part-time Creative Producer to help bring this to life.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with leadership to craft a content strategy that brings Lox Club’s voice and personality to life

  • Build content calendar and manage end-to-end process for content development and production including ideation, staffing, production, and distribution

  • Build a lean process for quickly building out ideas and testing potential original segments

  • Source talent and production staff

  • Track content performance, discovering and implementing actionable insights and identifying key platform trends

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience producing content for large digital audiences

  • Experience building and executing content strategy across core social/digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).  Podcasting experience a plus

  • Have experience sourcing, working with, and managing talent

  • Deeply ingrained in social media culture; you constantly scour the web for great content and are able to readily identify and jump on internet memes and trends

  • Born storyteller who can understand the messaging needs of a brand and turn those into platform native, entertaining video stories

  • You’re excited about working at a start-up where you’ll be building processes and infrastructure

  • Adaptable, flexible, entrepreneurial, and collaborative problem-solver

  • Low ego, high energy
