Creative Growth Lead

Lox Club is looking for a Creative Growth Lead to own and scale our acquisition channels. This is a creative-led growth role where you’ll be writing copy, briefing ads, launching campaigns, and managing creators directly.

You will drive paid acquisition, organic content, and brand partnerships with direct accountability for CAC and performance. We’re looking for someone equally comfortable scripting 20 ad concepts and analyzing performance data.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll own the entire growth engine end-to-end:

  • Creative Strategy & Execution:

    • Own the end-to-end creative pipeline, from ideation to launch to analysis.

    • Continuously identify winning hooks, formats, and angles, and iterate quickly.

  • High-Volume Testing

    • Script and brief a high volume of new ad concepts per week. Volume is a KPI.

    • Operate an efficient feedback loop.

  • Performance Management

    • Direct accountability for CAC, ROAS, and scaling spend velocity.

    • Manage and optimize paid acquisition (Meta-first), including spend, performance, and scaling.

    • Balance creative intuition with performance data to drive decisions.

  • Copywriting

    • Write high-converting hooks, captions, scripts, and ad copy.

    • Continuously refine messaging based on performance insights.

  • Production Management

    • Manage and direct creative output across a team of editors, UGC creators, and freelancers.

    • Ensure high velocity, strong quality, and consistent output.

  • Organic-to-Paid Loop

    • Manage organic social.

    • Scale organic winners through paid campaigns.

  • Partnerships & Content

    • Identify and execute partnerships that drive both acquisition and content.

    • Source creators and influencers for organic and paid campaigns.

  • Lifecycle & Retention

    • Own and optimize lifecycle touchpoints (email, SMS, onboarding flows) to improve conversion and retention.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years in performance marketing, creative strategy, or a hybrid role.

  • High agency - ownership mindset, scrappiness, and speed.

  • Strong creative instincts and taste - you know what feels native, compelling, and right for Lox.

  • Experience running or contributing to paid social (Meta preferred).

  • You’ve made ads, not just managed them.

  • Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram content dynamics.

  • Strong copywriting.

  • Comfortable managing creators, editors, and freelancers.

  • Ability to balance creative thinking with performance data.

  • Experience at a consumer app or DTC brand preferred.

  • Experience scaling paid ad spend preferred.
