Head of Performance Marketing

We're looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to own and scale our paid acquisition. Right now that's primarily Meta (we're running ~$15K/month and growing), but the opportunity extends to any channel that moves the needle. You'll be the go-to marketing person on the team and the DRI for everything paid.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own our Meta Ads account end-to-end: campaign structure, bidding strategy, audience targeting, creative rotation, and reporting

  • Build a structured creative testing pipeline - identify hooks and angles, create testing buckets, analyze results, and scale what works

  • Brief and direct creative production; work with our in-house editor and build out additional resources as needed, whether that's freelancers, UGC creators, or offshore editors

  • Identify and launch new paid channels (TikTok, Google, Pinterest, etc.) where the opportunity is right

  • Act as the DRI for marketing broadly; if there's an opportunity to pursue or a decision to make, you own it

  • Report on performance with rigor: CAC, ROAS, payback windows, creative analytics

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on Meta Ads experience at scale. You've owned an account spending $50K+/month with results to show

  • Deep fluency in Meta Ads Manager: campaign structure, Advantage+, custom audiences, bid strategies, CAPI, creative testing

  • You treat creative as a core part of performance marketing. You know how to brief a video, identify a strong hook, and build a testing hypothesis around it

  • Strong analytical skills. You pull your own data and make decisions based on it

  • High ownership mentality. You don't wait to be told what to test next

  • Bonus: experience with Google UAC, TikTok Ads, mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust)

What you’re walking into:

  •  You'll have direct access to the account, real budget, and a founder who's been in the ads manager himself. There's no agency layer, no approval chain for every decision. The channel is already working; the job is to scale it. You'll also have room to build the team around you as the budget grows.
