Jade Club’s mission is to make it insanely easy for AAPI people to find romantic partners, best friends, and business partners.
The Role
The Matchmaker for Jade Club helps match members within the Jade Club community based on various preferences and criteria.
A successful Matchmaker studies our members’ profiles and preferences to find them their perfect matches, all while keeping it fun and light and full of Jade humor.
We are actively hiring Matchmakers from various industries and backgrounds. We want people who are down-to-earth, kind, and humble despite the waitlist and exclusivity.
Responsibilities:
Review profiles and match people from our database, based on a variety of compatibility criteria
Find new and creative ways to match people
Attend periodic team calls
Requirements:
Flexible schedule; work 10-20 hours per week
Witty and strong writing + communication skills are a plus
Strong network but not caught up in the scene
Keen eye for detail
Creative and original
Social butterfly, friendly and approachable
Team player, low ego, positive energy, takes initiative
Understands the startup lifestyle
