Scope

These standards apply to the Lox Club mobile apps and services operated by Lox Club, Inc. (“Lox Club”).

Zero tolerance for CSAE

Lox Club strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (“CSAE”) in any form. This includes grooming, sexualization of minors, sextortion, trafficking, and any Child Sexual Abuse Material (“CSAM”). Accounts engaging in or facilitating CSAE are terminated. Content is removed and reported. Lox Club is 18+ only. Minors are not permitted.

Reporting CSAM and CSAE

• In-app: Use Report on profiles, choose “underage / minor”.

• Email: hey@loxclubapp.com (24/7 monitored for child-safety).

• Law enforcement emergencies: contact local authorities first.

Enforcement process

• Immediate action: remove or restrict suspected content and accounts.

• Preservation: preserve relevant data consistent with law.

• Reporting: submit apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and cooperate with law enforcement, consistent with applicable laws.

• Recurrence prevention: block related hashes, devices, and payment identifiers; strengthen classifiers and review queues.

Safety by design

• 18+ age gate and under-18 removal.

• Prohibited content and behavior listed in Community Guidelines.

• In-app reporting on every user-generated surface.

• Human review plus automated detection for suspected CSAM or grooming.

Compliance

Lox Club complies with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards and applicable child-safety laws and regulations.
