  • Not yet, but we do place a higher priority on members who live near your set location. We strive to show you your most compatible members, no matter where they live.

  • We don’t have an option to pause your subscription at this time, but if you’re craving a little break from swiping, you can always hide your profile so it’s not seen by other members.

    You’ll still be able to chat with your matches and attend Lox Club events.

    You can hide your profile via the “Me” tab >> Preferences >> Manage Membership. Then toggle on “Hide my profile.”

  • To discover and RSVP to Lox Club events, go to the Events tab, tap the event you’re interested in attending, and select “Apply.”

    We admit members based on a variety of factors including attendee interests, preferred age range, and other general compatibility measures.

    Stay tuned for new events—we typically update the cal weekly.

  • To change your subscription package, you can change your plan by going to your phone’s settings >> your name >> subscriptions.

  • We don’t have a way to reset active accounts at this time.

    If you wish to start fresh, you do have the option to delete your account entirely and reapply to the app!
