Program Description
Lox Club SMS Alerts is a transactional messaging program used to communicate with registered Lox Club users about specific events they choose to participate in.
Messages may include:
- Event attendance confirmations
- Requests to confirm or release an event spot
- Event reminders
- Event status updates (confirmed, released, waitlist)
This program does not send marketing, promotional, advertising, or affiliate messages.
Messages are sent only to users who have a Lox Club account and who explicitly opt in to receive SMS messages for a specific event.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by event and user interaction.
Users can expect up to 3 messages per event registration.
Opt-In
Users opt in to receive SMS messages during event registration by affirmatively agreeing to receive automated text messages related to that specific event.
SMS consent is optional and not required to complete event registration.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with any of the following keywords:
STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, REVOKE
After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages from this number.
You may reply START to re-subscribe at any time.
